SCDI, Société Caraibéenne de Développement et d’Investissements S.A., is an asset management company that was created in 2016 to encourage the expansion of the REBO S.A. group’s operations.
Our investment strategy is closely linked to our company’s growth and is an umbrella for both real estate and local private equity investments.
As a large distributor, we favor industrial zones and cities with strong potential for socio-economic development while always following closely any market change and opportunity. Our local private equity investment is oriented towards a vertically integrated agro-industry approach that allows our company to control multiple stages of the production and supply line. It is with such objective that SCDI acquired the Caribbean Bottling Company holdings in 2008. Such win-win partnership gave space to new business opportunities between the two companies and allowed the Caribbean Bottling Company to use REBO S.A. distribution network.
